CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

(pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation 679/2016)

This information has been drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 "concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation)" and updates any previously released versions.

That your personal data shall be collected and processed by the undersigned company in compliance with the following.

 

1. DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller is AMBIENTALIA S.R.L having registered office in Via Rodolfo Morandi, 76, 40060 Toscanella (BO), Italy, in the person of the acting legal representative. 2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

The personal data processed by the Data Controller consists of:

  • Personal data and contact details of the company as a legal entity and of the personnel operating therein,

  • Company tax data.

The above-listed data shall be processed for the following purposes:

  • To conclude contracts relating to the Controller’s services;
  • To fulfil pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from relationships with you;

  • To fulfil obligations established by law, regulations, EU legislation or an order of the Authority (e.g.: issuing invoices);

  • To exercise the Data Controller’s rights (e.g. treasury management, right to legal defence, etc.)

 

Legal basis: this data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1 of the G.D.P.R lett. b), that is, to execute a contract or pre-contractual provisions established between the parties. Should the Customer refuse to provide data or fully oppose its processing, it may be impossible to continue any business or other relationship with our company.

 

3.1. BUSINESS-RELATED MESSAGES

Your personal and contact details may also be used to send information, promotions, messages and updates on the activities and initiatives of AMBIENTALIA s.r.l.

Legal basis: in the above-listed cases the legal basis that legitimises the sending of promotional messages is found in the legitimate interests of the controller pursuant to art. 6, par. 1 letter f) of the G.D.P.R and Article 130 paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code.

 

4. PROCESSING METHOD

Data shall be processed both with paper and electronic/computer/telematic tools/records, in full compliance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and propriety and in order to protect your confidentiality.

 

5. PLACE OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The data shall be kept at the registered office.

  • Interested parties have a series of rights pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679. These are:

  • the right to have their data deleted;

  • the right to place limitations on the processing of their personal data under certain conditions;

  • the right to receive the personal data provided to the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used format, and to transmit it to a different controller;

  • the right to object to the processing of personal data if there are reasons connected to your personal situation;

  • the right not to be subjected to an automated decision-making process;

  • he right to be informed should their data suffer a breach of security;

  • the right to withdraw their consent for processing at any time;

  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
